Is this the end?

Hello once again world,

This is my last post. I know what you are all thinking. Who? What? Where? But most importantly, why? Well world, I gave it a try. Blogging is not for me. In fact studies show that blogging is no longer popular with the younger generation, but with the older folk. So I'm hopping on the band waging, or more so off it. Blogging is just simply not cool anymore.

The past few weeks have been good. We spent some time talking about world views. A view of the world that we didn't even know we had. It was cool. Words can not describe how I am feeling about coming to an end. There's joy, and sadness mixed into one. But if you want to know how my year was, talk to me. Not via internet (unless it's skype), but in person or phone. I want to hear your voice.

Well, it's been fun,

Back again...

Back to the "real" world,

Yes world I am back. I was down in Mexico if you did not know. It was warm to my surprise. I know it's Mexico, but we were not going to a warm part of Mexico. In to the copper canyon we went. To give out food and do some work. It was more chill then I expected it to be. Not a lot of physical work got done, but other work was done. Still trying to see what the other work was, but I have been told that work was done.

Back to class. Back to the routine of the gym. Back to not sniffling during the meals. Back to the "real" world. Back to internet. Back to a lot of other things. It is nice to be back to some of things, and others I could live without. I learned a little bit of who I was on the trip.

All in all it is good to be back,

Gym night

Once again I am on this Blog thing,

To night is once again the gym night. It's one of my favorite nights. I just love working out and doing physical activity. At one point in my life I was very lazy and didn't like working out. I just wanted to sit and watch TV. But now I feel as though there is something more to the gym then I once thought. After going to the weight room for the past few months I've thought about why I like it so much. A friend asked me why, and that's why I thought about it. To love the Lord with all my heart, soul, mind and strength. I can move stuff for the Lord. It's great!

Mexico is in a few days. Less then 2 weeks. I still don't know where I am with it. I'm pumped to go out into the world again, but the language thing is an issue. I still do not know what to think about it.

In class this week. I don't know what to think yet. It's theology. There are a fair number of big words for me and last night I did not have a great sleep last night. I hate to say it but I almost fell asleep. I was up a few times in the night, so tonight after the gym, right to bed.

Yeah, to sum up everything in one word it would be,
MEXICO

Theme Song?

So as I'm sitting in my bed writing my blog I was just thinking how cool it would be if my blog had a theme song. Some thing like Do do, dodododo do do, dodododo do do dodododo do...cha cha chaaa or Banananana banananana banananana do do, or Do do do do dodo do dodo. Just think how epic that would be. I dunno, just a thought.

So this past week we shredded the gnar. It was tubular. There were some sick powder days and some days where there wasn't a cloud in sight. It was pretty sick. We even went snow shoeing and built snow caves. I think the snow caves were my favorite part. Every night we had chapel. There were really good, but really long too. As a man who likes to go to bed by 10:30 or a normal night. I was really tired after a day of boarding.

In the chapel time we were all giving new names. To be honest right now I don't really like my name. And if You had to guess I bet you'd probably get it on the first guess. It's Builder. Bob the Builder. For me it is a name that right now as a lot of negative context for me. Every where I go I hear it and that theme song. So along the lines of theme song that is one that I do not want to have. But after talking to my extremely talented gifted and not to mention B.E.A.utiful student life leader (who has turned down my marriage proposal numerous times) I am starting (slowly) to like the name. It will take time, but time is what I have a lot of, God willing.

Well world, another week, another blog.

Blog mail Blog mail...what what the blog mail

Dear diary,

So today was one of my hardest days. Okay that's a lie. Today was pretty chill. We had to walk to church today so that was kind of a let down. I know I work out a fair bit, but walking to church is different. Your all dolled up and walking up hill. It's just different. But other then that it was a good day.

Tomorrow we get to go snowboarding. I'm so excited. And I just cant hide it. But it is late now and I just wrote in to you. I do not know what to say. So I will end with this.

Late Payment of $10.00

Once again I write.

I know you all have been on the edge of your seats to hear what is on my mind. I'm sorry that it took this long, but great things take time and money doesn't grow on trees. Don't sell me that lame old argument that money is paper and trees make paper. I can not go out into my backyard and take a fifty off the tree! Therefore money does NOT grow on trees. I rest me case. Take that judge Judy.

So youth today was kinda random. Better yet gong show. Yeah. One guy was missing and he is kinda the glue that holds the guys together, so none of our boys showed up. It kinda sucked. There were also some older kids that were making fun of the younger kids because they are young. I don't get it, well I do, I was like thatish. But not to the extreme that they are. We're trying to create a safe place for them so to find the balance is kinda hard. We want to share the gospel, but keep it safe. So pray for Steve G (if anyone is reading this) it's really hard on him.

Going snowboarding next week. It's going to be cool. I know what you're thinking. "Snowboarding? But what about school?" Yeah, it's part of my school. It's that cool. Hopefully I wont come back with a black eye again. That would be cool. Yeah.

Question for the day...when are we going to see this steak sauce? (You know what I'm talking about)
